On December 17th, big brother graduated from the University of Georgia. Now of course, he’s off celebrating in Vail and ringing in the new year at a Widespread concert. Not a bad way to end 2010.

On August 17th, my parents celebrated their 25th anniversary. Funny thing is, Mom barely looks a day over 32 and Dad is celebrating another milestone this year, too! (I’ll get to that one tomorrow!)

As I sit here a little overwhelmed and a bit uninspired, I’m reminded of a sweet promise that remains everyday (and seems especially relevant during finals).
“for the Lord your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands and your joy will be complete.”

I’d say it was a near perfect day so far. I love my mom.

I am obsessed with these headphones by artist Traci Medeiros-Bagan. My ears get really cold during the winter, and I’m always looking for cute earmuffs, but with warm ears comes the price of not being able to listen to my iPod when walking the 20 minute walk in 30 degree weather to class. This…
It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Happy December, everyone!
